JJR Solutions Chosen to Bring Digital Transformation to Air Force WIN

Dayton, Ohio—JJR Solutions has been awarded a multi-year, multi-million-dollar contract to support digital transformation for the U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Sensors Division (WIN).

Congratulations to Duane Flesburg and team on JJR Solutions' new WIN contract!

“This WIN project lines up perfectly with the Air Force’s efforts to embrace digital transformation, intuitive processes, and state-of-the-art technologies,” said JJR Program Manager Duane Flesburg. “By providing a human-centered suite of modernized tools and processes, we will help WIN accelerate their work, focus more time on their mission, and lead digital transformation efforts for their entire directorate.”

JJR’s Digital Workforce Solution, blended with JJR’s Customer Experience, Human-Centered Design, User Experience, and Human-Systems Integration approaches, will be used by JJR experts to bring these transformative benefits to the Air Force client.

The contract base year began February 9, 2024, with four option years available. Work will be performed in Dayton.

The WIN contract was established through JJR’s Phase III Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Basic Ordering Agreement, which is available to any Federal agency. The SBIR gives clients full access to JJR’s Magnify© methodology, which blends Human-Centered Design and Total Experience into a design process that keeps end users as the focus and helps them adapt to new processes and systems smoothly.

“We’re excited to have this opportunity to streamline the clients’ processes and operations,” concluded Flesburg. “It’s another way that we can help the Air Force achieve its vision for digital transformation and, in doing so, contribute to the security of our nation.”
