David L. Judson, Jr., President and CEO
David has 26 years of information technology implementation and leadership. He served 21-years in the USAF (10 active duty, 11 reserves) and in a variety of leadership positions with Deloitte Consulting, Lockheed Martin and others. He has a master’s degree from Old Dominion and his bachelor’s of science degree from Wright State University.

Carly J. Cox, Vice President, Operations
Carly specializes in small business management in the Federal market with experience in operations management, program management, capture, and business development. She has a master’s degree in Federal Acquisition from Bellevue University, bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University, and a Contract Management certification from George Washington University. Carly also has a CFCM, serves as a National Director on the NCMA Board, and holds several leadership awards including Dayton’s Top 40 Under 40.

Paul A. Neef, Vice President, Capture & Solutions Delivery
Over the past 20 years, Paul has served as a Logistics Readiness Officer in the United States Air Force (5 active and 15 reserves) and as an information technology and logistics program manager for Synergy Inc., BearingPoint, and Deloitte Consulting. He has a bachelor’s degree from Kent State University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Dan Marion, Vice President, Market Development & Growth
For more than 26 years, Dan has served his nation within the AF and industry as a senior executive. He holds a masters in business administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a master of science in logistics management from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan. He also holds multiple certifications: APICS CSCP, Oracle Unified Method Implementation Specialist, ITIL v3, Harvard Leadership Essentials, and is a Project Management Professional.
