WHO WE ARE

JJR Solutions is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that supports government and private clients through a variety of technologies, the best project and business management services, and a bit of tenacity.

We are based in Dayton, Ohio, with offices in Montgomery, Alabama, and Washington, D.C. Team members are also embedded at key client locations around the country. Our roots are in military service, and we remain committed to supporting our nation’s most critical missions. We also choose to work with teams that make a difference.

OUR APPROACH

We started JJR Solutions in 2009 because we thought it was possible to deliver serious value without sacrificing joy. We believe it’s possible to do great work, grow professionally and have fun. We thoroughly enjoy helping others and solving problems. We’re also united by our love of food and beer.

David L. Judson, Jr.
President & CEO

David Judson founded JJR Solutions in 2009. With a passion for people, leadership, and service, Dave created a purpose driven business with a unique work environment and engaging culture. Under his leadership, JJR Solutions quickly grew from an entrepreneurial tech start-up to a mature small business solving complex challenges for clients across the nation through Insight, Improvement, Digital, and Management services.


Prior to JJR, Dave led a successful career in Information Technology management. His 30 years of experience spans commercial and military organizations including Deloitte Consulting, Lockheed Martin, Qbase, and 21 years of service in the United States Air Force. As a service-disabled veteran business owner, Dave continues to serve our nation by delivering valuable solutions and services to our warfighters and veterans. Dave holds a master’s degree in public administration management from Old Dominion University and a bachelor’s degree in quantitative business analysis and operations research from Wright State University. He serves on several boards including Kids in New Directions, American Veterans Heritage Center, and Heart to Honduras.

Carly J. Cox
Vice President of Operations

Carly Cox leads the execution of JJR’s business operations and financial strategies. With a passion for organizational development, Carly increases company performance by creating, improving, and reinforcing structures and programs that maximize employee contributions and company efficiencies. Her primary areas of oversight include business operations, finance, human capital management, and project delivery.


Prior to joining JJR Solutions in 2015, Carly held successive leadership positions in acquisition, contract management, pricing, and client delivery holding successive leadership positions. Carly holds a master’s degree in acquisition from Bellevue University, a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from Wright State University, and a master’s certificate in contract management from George Washington University. She is also a Certified Federal Contract Manager. She serves on the National Board of NCMA, is a recipient of Dayton Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40 Award, and is an advocate for the March of Dimes organization.

Vice President of Market Development & Growth

Dan Marion leads the execution of JJR's growth strategies. With broad and comprehensive knowledge of the Federal market, Dan identifies addressable markets, opportunities for expansion, new client prospects, and solution improvements. His primary areas of oversight include market development, sales, proposal management, and service area solutions.


Prior to joining JJR in 2014, Dan enjoyed a successful career in consulting and executive leadership for several Big Four accounting firms and 10 years of service as an Officer in the United States Air Force. Dan holds a master’s in business administration from Farleigh Dickinson University, a master’s degree in logistics management from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan. Dan is also a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Oracle Unified Method Implementation Specialist, and Project Management Professional (PMP). He also serves on the Board of Trustees for Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley.
