JJR Solutions is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that supports government and private clients through a variety of technologies, the best project and business management services, and a bit of tenacity.

We are based in Dayton, Ohio, with offices in Montgomery, Alabama, and Washington, D.C. Team members are also embedded at key client locations around the country. Our roots are in military service, and we remain committed to supporting our nation’s most critical missions. We also choose to work with teams that make a difference.

We started JJR Solutions in 2009 because we thought it was possible to deliver serious value without sacrificing joy. We believe it’s possible to do great work, grow professionally and have fun. We thoroughly enjoy helping others and solving problems. We’re also united by our love of food and beer.

This certification verifies that our processes and products adhere to industry best practices for managing and governing master data.

Additionally, many of our senior data leaders are certified as Master Data Managers in accordance with ISO 8000-110:2009.

President & CEO

David Judson, Jr. started JJR Solutions in 2009. He was inspired to create a fun work environment that solved serious business issues for government and commercial clients.

He has more than 29 years of experience in IT implementation and leadership, including 21 years of service in the U.S. Air Force (10 years as active duty; 11 years as a reservist). Before founding JJR Solutions, he held leadership positions with Deloitte Consulting, Lockheed Martin and Qbase. David earned a master’s degree in public administration management from Old Dominion University and a bachelor’s degree in quantitative business analysis and operations research from Wright State University.

Vice President of Operations

Carly Cox is a Certified Federal Contracts Manager and an expert in small business contracting programs.

She serves as a board director and a professional development instructor for the National Contract Management Association (NCMA). She is the recipient of several leadership awards, including the Dayton Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40 Award and the National Achievement Award from NCMA. She holds a certificate in contract management from George Washington University, a master’s degree in acquisition and contract management from Bellevue University, and a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from Wright State University. She joined JJR Solutions in 2015.

Dan Marion
Vice President of Market Development & Growth
Dan Marion has served the United States for more than 30 years through Air Force service and executive leadership. At JJR Solutions, he connects people in order to solve problems. He is passionate about the possibilities brought about when data, technology and extensive human knowledge are combined.

Dan holds two master’s degrees: his MBA from Farleigh Dickinson University and a master’s in logistics management from the Air Force Institute of Technology. He earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan. Dan also holds multiple certifications, including: APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Oracle Unified Method Implementation Specialist, ITIL v3, Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Harvard Leadership Essentials certificate.
