David Hart Joins JJR Solutions as Senior VP of Business Development

Dayton, Ohio—JJR is pleased to announce that David Hart is joining JJR Solutions as Senior Vice President of Business Development, effective September 13.

Hart comes to JJR from Segue Technologies, Inc., a Tetra Tech Company, where he spent the past 13 years growing the company in his role as vice president of business development and strategic partnerships. Prior to Segue, Hart spent more than 20 years honing his marketing and sales skills through business development, leadership, and team-building roles at companies such as Selection.com and START Enterprises.

At JJR, Hart will use his considerable experience and skills to strengthen JJR’s existing relationships while building new, lasting partnerships with clients and industry teammates; uncover client needs and help develop solutions to meet those needs; and assist JJR in strategically growing its business to support the health, well-being, and security of our communities and nation.

“David’s team-focused personality, market knowledge, and strategic planning skills are just what we were looking for in a business development leader as we continue growing our company,” said David Judson Jr., Chief Executive Officer (CEO). “In addition, David is a great fit culturally. As a Veteran, he is deeply involved with serving other Veterans and the defense community. His servant’s heart makes him a perfect match for our company values, and we are thrilled to welcome him to the team.”

A former Army Ranger, Hart is active in his support of Veteran and defense industry endeavors. He is heavily involved in leadership roles at AFCEA International, where he serves as AFCEA Regional Vice President Midwest International and supports the Dayton Wright AFCEA chapter in fundraising efforts for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) scholarships. Hart previously served as vice president of DaytonDefense and also founded Fast Rope, a forum for enabling industry-to-industry and industry-to-Government dialogue.

An avid skydiver, Hart is the founder of the Jump Institute, which uses skydiving as a method for organizational team-building. Last but certainly not least, Hart founded the Blue Skies for the Good Guys and Gals Foundation, which provides Veterans, Purple Heart Warriors, and the families of fallen heroes with enriching experiences that facilitate new friendships and emotional healing.

“I’m excited to contribute to this incredible team of professionals that provide superior support and solutions to the JJR customers,” said Hart. “The JJR culture is second to none and a major factor in my decision to work here.”
