JJR Selects Business Leaders For New Advisory Board
Dayton, Ohio — JJR Solutions has announced the selection of four business leaders to form the JJR Advisory Board:
Robert Fair, Trustee for Dayton Christian School
Deborah Feldman, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dayton Children’s Hospital
Joseph Geraghty, Consultant with JMG Advisory Services and Trustee for the Dayton/Montgomery County Port Authority
General Larry Spencer, USAF (Retired), Independent Director for Whirlpool Corporation and Triumph Group, Inc.

Gaining advice and counsel from others with a track record of doing this in much larger organizations will serve the JJR family and our clients well.”
Carly Cox, Chief Operating Officer (COO), continued, “When selecting advisory board members, we were looking for specific expertise based on our transformation goals. We also really wanted a blend of leaders ― some steeped in Dayton-area economic development and engagement, some focused in federal government experience ― people who have a passion for our region and nation and will spur us on to the same level of passion and commitment. We are excited about our new board of advisors and how they will help JJR create value for our clients and for our community.”
All four advisory board members possess experience that will foster successful growth for JJR and the Dayton community:
Fair is the former COO and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Teradata Corporation in Dayton, where his achievements included improving customer satisfaction and increasing top- and bottom-line growth in Business-to-Business (B2B) technology. Fair’s leadership style is marked by a focus on building trust, developing and executing growth strategies, and promoting continuous improvement. Along with his service on the board of trustees for Dayton Christian School, Fair serves on the board for Relevate Health Group in Cincinnati and has been a board member of the National Association of Manufacturers and the Information Technology Industry Council, both in Washington, D.C.
Upon joining Dayton Children’s Hospital as president and CEO in 2012, Feldman led the creation of a new strategic roadmap (Destination 2020) to guide the hospital into the future of health care while ensuring the organization’s continued growth and mission fidelity. Prior to leading Dayton Children’s, Feldman served Montgomery County (OH) for 30 years in successive leadership positions including director of human resources, assistant county administrator, and county administrator. Her tenure was guided by her commitment to effective and efficient public services, community and economic development, and support for those in need.
Geraghty is a consultant with JMG Advisory Services and served for the past 20 years as senior managing director for Conway MacKenzie, an international financial and operational consultancy. In his more than 33 years of experience, he has directed, managed, and led restructuring and turnaround for companies large and small and has served in Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and General Manager (GM) roles for multi-million-dollar companies. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP), Geraghty is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, and TriState Association for Corporate Renewal.
General Spencer served as the 37th Vice Chief of Staff of the Air Force, presiding over the Air Staff and assisting the Chief of Staff of the Air Force in organizing, training, and equipping 690,000 active-duty, Guard, Reserve, and civilian force members. During his tenure, he developed two landmark innovation programs ― Make Every Dollar Count and Airmen Powered by Innovation. In 2015, the year he retired, the Air Force created the General Larry O. Spencer Innovation Award to recognize those who bring innovation and efficiency to the Service. Gen Spencer most recently served as president of the Air Force Association, where he set records for revenue generation, membership growth, technology symposium revenue, sponsorships, exhibit sales, and attendance. He is currently an independent director for Whirlpool Corporation as well as the Triumph Group, where he chairs the Nominating and Governance Committee.
